What is emotional burnout mom and woman?

Emotional burnout is a process of physical, mental, moral exhaustion that any person can be exposed to. The highest risk group is young mothers.

One of the causes of burnout syndrome is the influence on a woman of the image of an “ideal mother”, who can do everything, does everything, does it herself and never complains.
